Totally unethical business practices.... Despite myself paying the copay on the day of service in 2021 (They don't provide service without paying the copay), they are sending to collection in 2023, making it my responsibility to provide proof of payment.

I was seen promptly but I wish I hadn’t been seen at all. I would never go here again. I was rushed in and out. The nurse practitioner who prescribed me medication spent less than two minutes talking to me. Good physicians ask if the patient has allergies before prescribing drugs. This physician didn’t ask about my allergies. If she had, she would have known I’m allergic to the class of drugs this medication is from. I took the prescription because the physician told me to. One hour later, I started having a strong reaction. I discontinued the prescription. Also, this physician insisted I needed two strong antibiotics together. I questioned her logic because I have emergency medicine experience. I know that recent guidance warns not to give a young, healthy patient these two antibiotics together. But she insisted. Any good physician would have prescribed me only one antibiotic at a time. Oh and they’re greedy too! The front desk assistant said I had a $80 copay for urgent care. I don’t. I asked to be billed by mail so I could review the charge. She insisted I had to pay before being seen. Fine, whatever. She then charged me $85.
