I took my kid with ear pain we wait less then 6 min love this urgent care the always call to check in the patient , every body is wonderful in the facility. Thank you very much.

Went to check in was told my son needed to Covid test first said ok. Have excellent insurance PPO The front desk receptionist said we had to pay $221 for my child to be seen today. I told her  we had met our family deductible  of  $750 and if she could please call and speak to a representative. She said it's their company policy to just look them up online.( LAZY) long story short our pediatrician was out of the office today had no other choice but to pay the $221 for my child to be seen. called my insurance immediately after checking in  they said.. there's no way I should've had to pay that our family deductible have been met. Went back to speak with front office she said here's the bill office # call them. Which I did immediately. Was told  they just submitted the claim to the insurance and as long as they pay it for cost I will be refunded the money back to my card. This is crazy thank God I had the money or  child wouldn't have been seen. It just seems like a ridiculous way to get payment from patients. I first was told it was for my deductible although it was fully met!! then they said they were submitting the whole claim and I will receive refund after it is paid.! It's no wonder  people end up going straight to the ER rather than having to come out of pocket after paying extremely high monthly fees for insurance. It's the small office doctors and urgent cares that are driving up fees and overworking the healthcare system!  Seems like only people with Medi-Cal can now walk in and pay nothing!!!! I will never go back to this urgent care in the past has been there multiple times and never had to pay more than $10

1st time using this urgent care in Manteca. Nurse practitioner was very efficient, agreed with the treatment plan

Fast and efficient. Went from check in to picking up antibiotics and home in an hour.

So easy to make an appointment and not have to wait days. Staff and dr are always good.

This is the first time I have been to this urgent Care. I was able to schedule an appointment the day before. Check in with quick staff was very pleasant and the nurse practitioner was great! I would definitely recommend this provider

My son had a sore throat,  I got an appointment that same day,  and a prescription for antibiotics.  He is already feeling better.  I love that the doctor called me two days later,  to see how my son was feeling.  The staff genuinely cares for their patients.   I highly recommend this urgent care!
