The P.A  lisa was rude and short w me at my visit. Waiting time was quick. Everything is always clean .she should not b working there if she’s going to b that way w patients.

I’m giving urgent care a 10 because they went above and beyond to help me during one of the most painful flu experiences I’ve ever had. Checking in online was incredibly quick and easy, which made things so much more manageable in my condition. When I arrived, the staff was polite and efficient, getting right to the point without unnecessary delays.   But the experience truly stood out because of the medical assistant. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but he was an angel in human form. I was in so much pain that I could barely walk—my legs, shoulders, and entire body hurt, and I felt dizzy and nauseous. He noticed right away and even offered me his arm when I looked like I was about to collapse. His kindness, compassion, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. As I was leaving, struggling to hold onto the wall for support, he noticed again and didn’t hesitate to help me, even walking me out. He is absolutely in the right field, and I hope he knows the impact he has on his patients. I wish I could write a letter to the head corporate office about him! Finally, the doctor was equally amazing. She saw me as more than just another patient in pain—she truly cared. She recognized that I was struggling to concentrate because of my condition and explained everything clearly, with such a kind and compassionate voice. Despite my pain, I understood everything she said because of her attentiveness and professionalism.   Thank you to the entire team for being so wonderful and for truly caring for your patients during such difficult moments. I am grateful.

Staff is professional and welcoming . Dr is amazing

Came in due to complications from a flu and was treated exceptionally well by the staff.

The staff/team in place was cohesive, friendly, supportive and professional.  It was a good experience that was received posing our family when it was needed.  Grateful that they are a few minutes away and so, so nurturing.

Dr never followed up and didn’t even look at my broken hand. Very rude man who didn’t help at all. Waste of time.

I showed up as a walk-in with 3 young kids, the front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful. I was quoted an hour wait time and she offered to find a shorter alternative, we ended up staying to wait. They got us in quicker than expected. The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience.

Ease of scheduling, checking was ease , right from the front desk team to the doctor were professional in nature .

I had a persistent cough all day and finally decided I need to see a doctor and luckily there were still open.  Got in right away and was very impressed with the ease of everything.  The Nurses and doctors were great and informative.  First time here and will defiinately be going back.
