Had back pain for 2 days but this morning was a terrible one so i went to this place walked in and checked in. Waited 15 mins then was called inside. Staff Ivan a very nice and gentle took my vitals and sent me to a room where i was seen by Pa Elizabeth Trimmer who was very nice and caring asking every detail then explaining results from lab test and ordered pain injection to ease my pain which really help me a lot after. Ivan administered the injection thought its painful but hola! Didn’t feel any. Very gentle n caring Ivan ask me to stay after to observe if there’s any problem with it. Definitely a place to recommend

I only come to this urgent for myself & child. Today, we went in bc my child has a cough. We were in and out within 45 minutes. Check in was through an iPad & I wanted to double check to do it through there since I was the only person checking in the gentlemen only nodded & a woman said yes. After I checked in, the man continued to talk to the other 2 woman about a rave. I found it funny that he couldn’t answer my question with a simple word, but could talk about a rave. However, the woman that took my child’s vitals was sweet with my son & very patient. The drs were even better. They were kind, patient & very thorough.

We had a great experience during our visit. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, answering all my questions in a kind and patient manner. The facility was clean, well organized, and inviting. I especially want to thank physician assistant Chelsea Brubaker, who took the time to explain to me and my son everything clearly. She  made sure we understood all the details especially what each prescription  was for. We felt cared for and appreciated the professionalism and warmth of the entire team. Highly recommended.

Fell Friday night and hurt left arm. Went to Marquee Urgent Care Sunday afternoon. Was seen quickly and staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend
