Wet friendly staff from  the front office to the medical assistant. The doctor was very friendly and easy to talk to. Took great care of us

This was my first time at the facility. Easy on line set up and location. Check in went well. When I had been there a hour I asked a woman behind a computer..not the one who checked me in I asked wait time since my apt was at 3:35 she rudely replied its not a apt its a reservation. I said ok either way its 3:45 and its now 4:20. Im there because I'm not well, she needed to be a little empathetic to all of us there, I wasn't the only one who asked and got same nasty response. Besides her the service and attention was above and beyond. I appreciate the follow up text and call.

The ease of scheduling an appointment was very easy, check in was quick, the staff of the Marque were friendly and professional. The quality of care was excellent and I would recommend this provider.

Felt sick this morning, made an appointment for 5:45pm, there was a wait but was seen by the physician. Staff and physician were friendly, attentive and helpful. Will be recommending Marque Urgent Care to everyone.

I was told ahead of time how many people ahead of me which give me an option  to get my reservation instead of just walk in . I also was able to fill up the form in the comfort of my home  so I don’t need to cram or overwhelm when getting to the clinic .

Scheduling is very flexible. Checking in remotely is very easy. The staff is kind.  Wait time is long even with an appointment.

Awesome service🥰🙏🏾 I wasn’t feeling my best and had been sick since thanksgiving.  I need relief asap. I’m so grateful that people actually listen and were able to take care of me🙏🏾. I feel a lot better and can actually breathe 🙌🏾

The waiting is not really good it takes longer, but the staff and doctor they are really nice, friendly and approchable, The doctor communicate very well to the patient.

I can say thats a quick appt for me when call! Theirs 18 ppl  waiting just walk-in . And right there i got 5:45 pm appt before the clinic closed when I call the urgent care. Good service & very helpful !  The MARQUE URGENT CARE here at eastlake its easy to find the clinic I will recommend to all my friends & relatives !

I went to the urgent care clinic to get checked since I was not feeling well.  I was diagnosed with Acute Bronchitis and given the medicine and X-ray referral.  The staff was very good and took care of my needs.
