Made an appointment online for 1:30 but didn’t get seen until 2:45 and then it was done video chat which I wasn’t expecting. Went in for a UTI and I could have left the sample and gone home and waited for the call instead of sitting there. The staff members were really nice about it but I didn’t think it was right or reasonable to have me wait so long just for a video chat.

I went to Marque in Grossmont and the staff was amazing! The PA that attended me was really nice and she really listened to me. She said I tested for something and I told her I didn’t think that’s what it was bc I just know my body and I thought it was something else so she did a thorough exam and when I received the results, it turned out I was right. But it was bc the PA took the time to listen to me and take care of me.

I was taken care of impeccably! I believe it was Hailey that tended to me and Peter did my X-rays and my shots and splint for my arm. They were great! Professional and kind and got right to it.  Although I had a wait to see someone, I went home to rest, they text me when they were ready for me, they took me right in when I got there.  Thank you so much. It's such a comfort to know I have Marque urgent care to go to.

I have been to marque several times and it’s always fast and easy to get an appointment. I work odd hours and it takes forever to see my primary doctor so marque has saved the day more than once. The staff is excellent, friendly and caring. The doctors are fast to see you and get you feeling better.

Was not able to see a Dr. and the woman that saw did not have a badger name tag so I’m sure she wasn’t a nurse.  And the problem I was having was hearing loss after I had taken the antibiotics your doctor gave me. So when she looked in my ear, she said there wasn’t an infection, and if I can’t hear in two months, go to my general practitioner and get a scan of my ear..  So I must say, the care was immature and unprofessional. 🤷‍♀️

The front desk staff were very efficient and professional, the medical assistants were very patient and kind as well as  competent and the Doctor was engaged and listened to my concerns. I've never had such a pleasant time at an Urgent care before.

Scheduled appt on line. Arrive & let in at exact time. All Staff were pleasant, caring & appropriate. The PA…. Is my favorite.. didn’t hurt me, avoided numbing, did an excellent job removing glass from my foot!

Conducted a walk-in for a previous illness follow-up and was welcomed without regard to time. There's a wait as you wait for the appointments to clear out. PA Maya and her staff were professional and friendly. Always have used Marque UC and would not use any other.

I wish I would have known about scheduling because I was a walk in and it took quite awhile. Once I was in the back it was quick.

Had an infection and was in a bind since my regular doctor's offices were closed. Got the Rx and culture swab I needed to continue on with my PCP. Getting the results was a couple of texts away. Easy and competent care.
