I suspected a UTI and was able to make an appointment online. I did online check in and filled out forms before I came in. The entire experience was smooth and I was able to get a prescription right away.

I have been sick for a couple days. Cough was getting worse. Went on line last night and made an appt for 8:am today. I was called by the nurse at 8:13a . After vitals she took me to my room. Sarah Chin came in 4 mins later. Checked me out and explained her diagnosis and recommendations for meds and why. I was out by 8:31a didn't feel rushed. I love this office. Outstanding service! I was a walk in. I was taken immediately after I filled out the paperwork. The clinic was extremely clean. The staff was friendly. The doctor explained everything throughly. I got my prescription filled right next door at CVS, very convenient. Highly recommend, perfect when you can’t get in to see your primary physician.

Came in for back pain, was seen right away. Given treatment in office and received oral medication as well. Needed xrays but was scheduled for the next morning at another clinic . Front Office Staff, the medical assistant and PA were all great.

Both my husband and I woke up ill and were easily able to easily schedule an appointment.  Staff was pleasant and efficient and PA was patient, attentive and quickly diagnosed our sinus infections.  She prescribed medication that quickly eased our discomfort and we are feeling much better now.  We highly recommend this Urgent Care.

I've been to Marque Uegent Care in Lake Forest twice in the past few weeks; once for dizziness and the other time for flashes and floaters in my right eye. Upon arrival, I was treated with care and dignity and was seen by Chelsea Lawrance for both visits. Chelsea was very professional, yet very caring in her way of finding out what my problems were. She advised me as to what was wrong and what to do to treat each problem. And, upon leaving I felt very confident that things would soon be better, and they were. Chelsea is a very competent medical care provider and is an asset to the Urgent Care facility. I am very happy to know that within just a mile of my house, I have someone who actually cares and knows just what to do. Many thanks to Chelsea and the entire staff at Marque Urgent Care in Lake Forest. And, yes, I definitely would recommend Chelsea and Marque Urgent Care!!

Went in with a sore throat and bad cough. Was seen by Dr. Chelsea Lawrance. She is very kind and patient. She listens to you. As a patient wherever you go when you need treatment or are not feeling well I believe that this important. She really seemed concerned about me not filling well. Office is very clean and the staff is kind as well. I definitely recommend Marque Urgent Care in Lake Forest if you can’t get to your doctor right away.
