I am rating this new location three stars due to the lack of important information on the part of the PA provider.  Was referred for a lab test with no preparation instructions.  After my research regarding the procedure, it required things not communicated to me.  Once the lab confirmed the prep instructions, I had to cancel the appointment that wasted my time in finding a lab asap.  The Marque provider made an unrealistic excuse for not initially informing me.  Prescription also was not discussed with me.  Very poor communication!

I was able to schedule an appoint within a reasonable time. It was an easy process.

My husband has pneumonia, so as soon as I started coughing, I made an appointment at the new Marque Urgent Care on Alicia Parkway.  It was so easy to start an account and get in quickly.  The place is beautiful and the staff was so friendly.  Check-in was fast.  The PA was so knowledgeable about my asthma and gave me meds to keep it from becoming worse.  I feel so much better after only 2 days.They contacted me by phone and text to make sure I was better.  Love this place!

Hello Kitty Tatiana and Daniela were very professional very friendly All in all the visit was very nice. All the ladies and Tatiana and Daniella were very nice and very courteous. I'm from out of state and they took care of it very promptly and professionally. And now you owe me money. But I'm not worried about it. Thanks

Unfortunately the Urgent care office I went to visit (at the corner of Alicia & Olympiad) is not equipped with an XRay machine.  So the staff had to send me to another office in Rancho Santa Margarita and Antonio Parkway to get xrays.  It’s a big inconvenience specially due to the fact I was in a great deal of pain.

Very, very attentive to the patients needs. Discussed treatment options & next steps to make me well. No complaints whatsoever. Beautiful facility by the way!

Was able to get my son in as walk in w/in minutes of us calling and walking in. Treated severe allergic reaction quickly and so helpful from staff and doctor.

Dr. Phi and the team were extremely helpful , professional and friendly.

I woke up this morning and knew I need to make an appointment. I went on line and scheduled a morning appointment so easy. I went and checked in the wait was not long.  The staff was kind and helpful to all that came in.  The doctor listen and understood my concerns and suggested what care plan I should do.  Overall very happy with my experience.
