My physician prescribed me medication that was not covered by insurance which usually does not happen. I think he just didn't care.

Scheduling my appointment online was super easy and fast after I did this I received a text that I could come in earlier so I did and the staff was awesome and got my daughter back so quick I’m very grateful to them for their efficient manner and kindness. The nurses are very sweet and everyone is awesome.

We were able to have our son quickly seen as a walk-in on a Sunday. The staff and doctor were excellent in diagnosing our son’s flu, and, prescribing treatment.

I have a sinus infection and was in pain. I found Marque Urgent Care to be very professional and the wait times are reasonable. I especially like how convenient it is to have prescriptions filled next door at RiteAid. I would use again.

Yesterday I accidentally scraped my back against a garage door handle, and found myself in need of an updated tetanus shot. I usually receive my service through Sharp, but based on their estimated wait times it would have been over 2 hours for a walk in for their Urgent Care. Marque Urgent Care stood out as I was searching for alternatives as they were the only location that allowed me to reserve my spot in advance. I set my time for 4:30pm, and arrived 15 minutes early per their recommendation as a new patient. Once I arrived, the front desk representative was on her personal cell phone. I stood there for a minute before she finally greeted me, and as I provided my name for check in she instructed me to take a seat and they would "call me shortly." The front desk rep never spoke to me again after this, and the next time she drew my attention was when she accidentally played a video too loud and had to quickly mute it. I was finally called back to check my vitals about 90 minutes after my original appointment time. The nurse who took my vitals was carrying an active conversation with me up until the point the blood pressure monitor started taking my blood pressure. There was no rest period in between the walk/conversation/vitals, so my blood pressure registered significantly higher than usual which promoted concern from the nurse. After the nurse took me back into the waiting room, I continued to wait for another 30+ minutes. When the doctor finally came in, the total interaction took maybe 2-3 minutes. She inspected the abrasion, agreed to update my tetanus, then sent a nurse in to provide the tetanus shortly thereafter. As I was led back to the front, I hovered by the front desk rep (who once again was on her phone) and she looked at me confused. I asked if there was any co-pay or out of pocket costs, she said no, and I left the establishment. Although the workers (other than the front desk) were nice, I can't recommend this place based on my experience. I arrived at 4:15pm for my 4:30pm appointment, and left at 7:00pm after receiving a few minutes of care. My vitals were not taken accurately, and the front desk rep wasn't attentive to the patients who were waiting.

We had just flew in our daughter was not feeling well.  Booked easily online.  Checked in with very friendly staff who were very upfront with wait times.  Day after Christmas totally understandable.  Dr was very friendly gave our Daughter great care.

The clinic was Close to home, very quick check in, the staff was super friendly and efficient and the Dr was AWESOME !

Provider (forget his name) was super arrogant.  I prefer Dr Gerson, his bedside manner is way better!
