I noticed skin rush on my 13 years old son and scheduled the same day visit. I got consultation and prescription. It kept my time and nerves. Highly recommended!

Website said that a UTI is a common issue that can be treated via a virtual visit but that is not the case. A urine culture needs to be done which means an in-person visit is required. The doctor that helped me was informative but spoke with a condescending attitude and was not pleasant. The only reason I am continuing treatment through this provider is because I already paid the appointment copay.

The MD was professional and knowledgeable.  The wait time was horrendous.  Appointment at 5:30 pm, didnt get seen until almost 1 hour later.  Dont let patients book the appointment time if you are short staff… space it out.  Pretty common sense for business

I would like a refund of my $30 co pay. He talked to us for a couple minutes then said we have to come in…. I’ve done virtual appts before and they prescribe my son an antibiotic. I’m not going to spend another $30 to go in to see a doctor.

I was able to book an appointment for an eye infection for my 3 year old on the same day.  The appointment was on time. Quick 5 minutes and my child was prescribed antibiotics with the pharmacy of our choice.  Will be picking up the medications when they open tomorrow.

Assisted me fast and very nice doctor, she assessed my son and was super kind and polite heard my concerns

Once I finally got on the call with a doctor, they were great and helpful. My first appointment was for 4:30 and I talked to a nurse who told me to get off and schedule another appointment for my daughter so both could be seen. I was able to quickly schedule one for her. But had to wait another hour to be seen. If I had known it would be that long of a wait I wouldn't have signed up for this.

I booked this appointment because your site clearly advertises the ability to treat ear infections. My daughter regularly gets ear infections… during the appointment I was told that ear infections need to be evaluated in person. Wouldn’t prescribe antibiotics. If I would have known I was going to be told to go to an in person appointment, I would have done just that and not paid for a worthless virtual visit- and an in person visit tomorrow. I’d like a refund.

The dr was very nice and explained everything very thoroughly

So far have been happy with their services. Staff is always knowledgeable and caring.
