Was able to make an appointment and be seen with in the hour. Dr Elshazzly was so kind, and very educational. He helped ease my anxiety about how my daughter was feeling and what her test results meant. I really appreciate him!

I made an appointment for my child to be seen at urgent care. A few hours later I received a text asking if I wanted to change to virtual. The text did not include an introduction as to who was texting me so I was not sure if it was a person or computer generated. The response time was laggy and I asked if my child could be seen that way as I thought in person would be better as his symptoms from a 2 week old cold had worsened. The text said yes it could so I changed to virtual. It turned out that in person was the way to go here. Maybe in the future if your organization could identify who is reaching out for the virtual appointment and get further details about the symptoms that might help with this? Thanks

Provider was very kind, informative and thorough. We did not wait very long and our issues were addressed quickly.

My son spent all night vomiting. I had scheduled an office visit for 5pm. #1 I hated to wait that long. #2 the last thing I wanted to do was pack up a sick kid in the car. They text me a few hours after making the appointment to see if I wanted a video visit. Yes please sign me up!! We were able to find a time earlier then the original 5pm appointment. It was a super quick visit. Doc sent in a script for Zofran before we even finished the conversation, which is all I wanted. I hate when you have to jump through a bunch of hoops for a straight forward solution. No hoops necessary. These video appointments are the best!

Our son had a rash that showed up out of no where. Even though the visit was a virtual one, the doctor was able to diagnose the issue right away and provide instructions for treatment. Nice and easy!

Super easy and fast. Very helpful and patient with my toddler. Very convenient for a virtual appointment, check in was easy, doctor was able to pinpoint toddler’s health issue and prescribed the medication. I would definitely do virtual appointment again and definitely recommend.

Daughter had stomach issues most of the previous day that was continuing last night. I got on to schedule an appt in the middle of the night and there was multiple i could choose from for the very next day. I also like the our information is always saved so filling out paperwork only takes a couple minutes. Our wait time was only a minute or two and the Dr. Was very friendly and understanding and explained our next and current steps to take to help her feel better. Our experiences with Mary Bridge urgent and primary appts have always been great and that's online and in person. I would definitely recommend this pediatrics office in Sunrise.
