I was really impressed by how quickly we were able to be seen, the short wait time, and the professionalism of the provider.

My toddler woke up with the biggest rush of over his body. I was freaking out and gave them a call. They got back to me really fast told me what to do not to worry about it that it’s a common thing going on right now got the right prescription for him It’s super convenient to do a video call with the doctor then actually getting your moody sick child in a car and taking him to an actual hospital.

The doctor was amazing.  So helpful,sweet and caring. Wish we could have her every time we need to do a visit online!

Scheduling the appointment for my children was very easy. The doctor who saw them via video chat was great. She took time to talk with the kids and figure out what's going on

It was wonderful first time online experience. We will definitely use again if needed and the symptoms allow an online appointment.

Doctor was not very friendly. Looked and sounded sleepy and annoyed at us.

When I? Signed up for a virtual appointment. It said that I could use that type of appointment for cough and COVID symptoms, but the provider told me that my child would have to be seen in person for a proper diagnosis. So I think you should definitely update the virtual appointments Information to show that flu-like COVID symptoms are not to be diagnosed over a virtual visit. It was a waste of time really because I had to schedule a in person visit after.

Got my appointment. Very quickly the problem was exactly what I thought and the nurse was great very friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful provider!! Very kind, compassionate, and understanding. Took extra time to be sure we understood everything, answered all of our questions (disabled/autistic family, we need extra clarification) and was incredibly helpful. It was so nice to do this from the comfort of our home and not have to travel to UC. Thank you so much!!!

My son had a red eye caused by the cold virus. Doctor looked at it and confirmed it was a viral pinkeye. Suggested  drops and warm compress. Wrote a note for him to return to school in 24hrs after symptoms decreased. Super fast appt 8 mins!
