My granddaughter had a swollen cheek which did get better with warm compresses. She has a hx of styes and I told the doctor this. She proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t have described it this way abd kept saying she doesn’t see anything.  She did prescribe her antibiotic drops.  Another thing that has made me angry is in her after visit report she stated that I agreed to pay privately for this service!!! My granddaughter has WellPoint/medicaid and we would have gone into an urgent care or get tried to get into her clinic. I have used virtuals before with no issues like this. Very unhappy

Was able to quickly schedule and appt the next day. Total time of 30 min - for mothers with sick kids, these appointments are made with ease and less stress which makes it better for the parents who are runnning on little to no sleep/energy to care for their sick kids in the comfort of their own home

Originally scheduled an in office visit and was given the option to do an appointment over the phone.  The scheduler was able to retrieve our insurance and communicated via text clearly. In our scenario it really helped doing it virtually so I didn’t have to bring our sick little kiddo out of the house.  The provider listened to our concerns and gave great feedback in the next steps moving forward. X-rays are ordered and the instructions on how to obtain them seem straightforward. We will definitely be using this option in the future.

The provider did not show up to our appointment. The fill in provider prescribed the wrong medication. When I called the office from the pharmacy, the staff member I spoke to was very rude with lots of heavy sighing at the inconvenience of contacting the provider to fix their error. I would appreciate follow up to address these issues.

The doctor we saw was very friendly but was almost 15 mins late for our appointment. We were also in our appointment for less than 5 mins and I didn’t feel like we were given treatment that was best for my daughter it was what was easiest to get us out of there.

Got in very quickly! Dr was great & didn’t have to take my sick child out of our home. Highly recommend

My son had been battling a sinus infection that the last doctor did not prescribe a long enough prescription to battle his illness. Scheduling was so simple and getting the information entered to get him seen was a simple process. No long frustrating intake. The pediatrician we were paired with was absolutely wonderful. She listened astutely to his history, asked concise questions and got us taken care of quickly. She was pleasant and proficient 100%. I hope everyone is blessed with an experience like ours when their kiddos are feeling cruddy. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone who would listen. LoL
