As a walk in I feel we didn’t have a long wait and everyone involved in Ora’s care explained what they were doing and listened and made sure we were able to understand and had no questions

This Urgent care is fantastic. Scheduling online or over the phone was easy. The staff are efficient and empathetic. I've had to bring both of my girls (newborn and 3) here for different reasons and the experiences have been consistent. The facility is newer and clean.

I love this place! The ease of scheduling, amazing care from the staff and all around just good experience. I take both my kids here wherever we need to go into the doctor unexpectedly.  The staff always goes above & beyond! The front staff have helped accommodate scheduling difficulties & get back to you very quickly. They are kind, patient, listen and take their time. I’ve never felt rushed, as they always spend a good amount of time In the room with my kids, doing thorough checks, answering questions and making my kids feel comfortable. The doctors & nurses are wonderful! I recommend this office to everyone!

Scheduled online for daughter was checked in triaged and then seen by provider within 5 minutes of that and seen. Then out of the office to pharmacy for medication prescribed. Provider was nice as well as CNA's to.

Every time we visit the clinic, we get the best service and are helped in the way we would expect to be helped. All the nurses and doctors are wonderful.

I was able to get an appointment for my daughter within 24 hours, which was great for what we needed to be seen for. The staff was all extremely nice and made my nervous daughter feel comfortable. We were seen within five minutes of arriving and we wait for less than five minutes for the doctor. We had all our questions answered and I felt very confident in the care my daughter needed after we left. This clinic and its staff are wonderful!

This is the best urgent care ever! My son has been going here his entire life and they are always so quick and efficient! It actually usually goes quicker and smoother than his regular scheduled dr appointments! Very impressive.

Made an appointment for my 11 month old. Got in the next day and waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room.

From the front staff to the nurse to the doctor, they were all terrific! The nurse was kind and spoke to my teenager as a person, not just as a child. The doctor, in particular, made sure to make eye contact with my son and speak to him since he is the patient. She made sure that he understood everything and explained it in a way where he understood and learned. I really appreciate this doctor and nurse!
