Was able to book an appointment for my son quickly and be seen within two hours. But I felt like the nurse practitioner did not do a good assessment and sent us to the Mary Bridge emergency room unnecessarily. When we got to the Mary Bridge emergency room, the emergency room provider was very confused as to why we were even sent over.

Came to the appointment, but doctor did not even address my concerns.

Providers are always attentive and so thorough, both kids and parent alike really appreciate everyone at this clinic.

I am happy to leave a good review for this facility. My son and I came in on a walk in basis and he was seen almost immediately. They addressed my concerns and answered all of my questions in detail. Staff was friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable. I really appreciated not feeling rushed in any way.

Such an absolute lifesaver! Staff was excellent, and so fast! Able to get in quickly, tests done, chest X-rays, and on our way much quicker than if we’d gone to just a regular urgent care.

Dr. Tran was terrible! We received a call from a nurse responding to a message about adverse effects of a new medication my daughter was put on. We took some baseline medical readings at home while the nurse was on the phone. She instructed us to go to urgent care right away and she'd let them know we were coming. She said she was concerned about how my daughters heart was beating and that urgent care could do an EKG. I explained it all to Dr Tran and he doesn't listen. I repeated myself several times explaining what the nurse said and why she sent us there. He had the balls to blame my daughters menstrual period for a constant rapid heatbeat she'd been feeling in her chest all day long without a break, even tho we told him it didn't start until she took her new med. I finally got him to do the EKG, but my daughter was really upset about how we were being treated, belittled and trying to pressure her to say it was because of her period. Terrible. Just terrible. The rest of the staff was great.

Thorough exam and helped my daughter feel comfortable

They wouldn’t give us a medication after my daughter tested positive for UTI, they made us get a catheter procedure done even though we said we didn’t want it just to gather results and tell us we will call you in a few days here is now the medication. Horrible service. They said a manager was going to give us a call back and we are still waiting on it. It’s been over a week.
