Dr. Julia Pham was great and made us feel heard and cared about when it came to our son. She went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate her help and hope we can see her again if we happen to need to come back to the Urgent care.

I would actually prefer to go here over the primary care doctor. They actually treat my child and address our concerns quickly. Every single time I’ve gone it it’s refreshing to see how the providers work with my children and actually diagnose the issue.  Thank you!

My daughter woke Up this morning with a mysterious rash and eye goop. Was able to schedule and same day appointment. Checked in with my Phone when we arrived and was called in immediately. Everyone was so friendly and thorough. Doctor was so kind and explained what was going on so well. We had a great experience.

My 1 weeks old had a stuffy nose for 2 day and we wanted to make sure he was okay. The doctor eased our mind and helped us relax.

This was our first time coming here. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming. I didn’t know what to expect as far as wait time since we were walk ins, but they got us back very quickly. I was VERY pleased with the doctor. He was very patient and made sure my child was comfortable when he was doing his exam. This guy knows all the tricks! I love that Mary Bridge has an urgent care because we love them overall from pediatric primary care, to emergency room and now to urgent care. I would highly recommend coming here. Very impressed.

We really appreciate the care every time we are in. The only issue I had was being unable to access my son’s results. Apparently once they turn 13, parents are no longer allowed to view test results under their my chart. Teenagers are supposed to have their own my chart…I wish I had been aware of this, as it was frustrating having to wait for the clinic to open and then get a call back about the results.  The Dr, and every staff member we encountered was great though!

Was able to schedule same day! Empty lobby and less than 5 min wait! Love this place. Always clean. Staff are all really knowledgeable and good with kids.

Staffs are really helpful, friendly and nice. Definitely coming back here, if any of my children needs any urgent . Love their service
