After the MA left the room and said Dr will be right in, waited an hour and a half before Dr came in! The room was extremely cold. Inquired about Dr forgetting about us and got an attitude from staff. While leaving the receptionist said a walk in came in and pushed them back. I had an appt, the walk in should be made to wait! Then the dr forgot to put medication in at pharmacy so had to call to get that fixed! Not happy about the experience today!

My son woke up coughing more the he had been, I was concerned as its been about 1 month. I was able to get in same day and they booked a chest xray same day. Everyone was kind and professional

Great staff! Kind and patient. Walked in and got care pretty quickly for my child. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Our daughter needed to be seen and within a few minutes of my phone call they were able to find a time for us for her to be seen in the same night. Upon arrival there was only a few minute wait and then we were seen. Fast and effective help with great staff.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. MacLeod at the pediatric urgent care today, and I can't recommend him enough. He was incredibly sweet and patient with my twins, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. My kids especially loved that he let them listen to their hearts with the stethoscope—it really made the experience more enjoyable for them. He was also very informative about my son’s illness, patiently answering all my questions. I usually don't remember doctor's names, but Dr. MacLeod was so outstanding that I won't forget his kindness and professionalism. Thank you for taking such great care of my little ones!

Oscar, the MAs and front desk were  all very friendly and attentive. All questions were answered and aftercare was explained throughly. Great visit!

Experience was overall excellent. Everyone was friendly and the doctor was very professional and knowledgeable.

Sunrise always has great service. The staff are very welcoming and concerned for the childrens well being. The doctors and nurses also make the visit comfortable for the kids!

My son injured his knee. We were able to schedule an appointment the next day. Wait time was very short. Nurse practitioner was knowledgeable. Gave my son a knee brace. She scheduled an X-ray. Said we would get results same day, still haven’t heard back.

I woke up with a toddler crying from ear pain. There was a lovely front desk gal named Piper, she was so very kind and helpful. The nurse who checked us in was prompt and very kind to my sick son. And the PA that came in to even my son was very informative and kind. I was very pleased with our visit. I would happily see the entire team again, (hopefully we don’t need to anytime soon though!)
