Online scheduling is a breeze and wonderful!! The check in process was so quick and all the staff was friendly! They had more than 1 provider there that day and from the time we walked into the clinic and got to the car was 26 minutes total! It was amazing at how quick and easy it was! My child got GREAT thorough care and treated appropriately for his visit! I am very impressed by this! Thank you!!

My 9 month old daughter was on day 3 of a high fever so we made an appointment at Urgent Care. Scheduling was easy, the reception staff and nursing staff were very kind and helpful. I felt the provider that we saw dismissed my concerns and chalked up the illness to the flu instead of providing a fuller exam. My daughter tested negative for the flu and ended up having at UTI. Sunrise has always been fantastic so I was disappointed in this experience. I'd recommend this clinic every time but would not see the provider I saw again.

Me daughter developed a very high fever to where she was hallucinating and couldn’t stand on her own. Woodcreek was able not only make her an appointment but to make it with no wait time and I was able to go get her seen immediately. Our nurse Kiara was amazing, very caring and attentive. Making sure we were taken care of and she was comfortable.

We were able to schedule for a next day visit. Dr Luzzo is awesome, as always. We waited almost no time at all to be taken back, and also no wait to see provider. Care was thorough and provider was great with my son.

Feeling very panicked about a rash my daughter my quickly developing I went into sunrise and was able to have her back in a room within 5 minutes. Medical assistants (Yasmin, Sam, Danielle) were helpful and empathetic…. Checked in on us, provided snacks, etc. Rebecca ARNP got us in and out quickly. Thank you for helping in our time of need!

We had an appointment it was amazing how fast things went. This was a great group of staff to work with. I would do it again, I felt like they truly cared.

Would absolutely come back. During my call to schedule, the associate on the phone was absolutely lovely. She was able to find me an earlier appointment, and I could not be more grateful. Once we got scheduled, showing up was a total breeze. Got timely text reminders and were invited in right on time. Staff onsite was great, accommodating, and thorough. We didn't feel rushed at all.

PA Lizzo is always a pleasure to see. His bedside manner is amazing! His positive attitude puts this mama at peace
