Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

I scheduled appointment to get my son tested for COVID-19. Got bill for $175 which is my responsibility. Trying to contact the business office and it takes them forever to respond. People, please use DRIVE through Covid testing. No charges there...

It was fast! Great friendly service..Staff was very Nice..Dr.Kallas was amazing,she was on top of her care,as well as her nurses...I would recommend Dr Kallas and Mary bridge children pediatric out patient to any mother with children to take your babies here if you cant get in with your pediatric dr...Thank you Mary bridge and Dr Robin Kallas for all your support and care💖

The staff was friendly and the facility was clean but my negative experience was with a doctor. After my daughter was evaluated, I was pulled aside by the doctor and told essentially that my daughter very likely had a very severe, urgent (possibly terminal) brain condition. This was based on my daughter's "history of symptoms". I was told that going to the emergency room couldn't wait and that she was reasonably certain they would find a brain mass. I left urgent care devastated and crying and with my daughter who was extremely confused. The doctors at the emergency room were far more optimistic saying that this diagnosis was unlikely based on her symptoms and after seven hours and a CT scan determined that my daughter did not in fact have a mass or brain bleed as was predicted by the doctor at that we saw at this urgent care. I spent seven hours terrified based on the information provided by this doctor. The other medical providers and staff there may be phenomenal but I won't ever be back to find out.

Awesome organized place

I had an appointment at 2pm. Got there at 1:50. Was told there was one person in front of me because I had an appointment. He called everyone else and then me. I got back to the room at 3:18. There was another family that came into the room next to me after me and at 4:05 I hear the doctor go into their room and then a nurse pops his head into to ask how I am doing and I said did the doctor just go into that room next to me? He said “yes”. I said ok I am leaving. I got here before those people and have been here for over 2 hours! I called and asked what the wait time was before I went in and was offered an appointment. I asked how long it would be when I got there as well. I would have drove across town and been seen faster.

I was overall happy we went in but I was a bit disappointed that we waited for over an hour to be seen by the doctor. My son had a deep cut on his head and needed staples and it kind of seemed like it was the first time the doctor had seen the stapler. It was fine though

So easy to book online and care was amazing!
