My daughter loves the nurses and doctors that she’s had to see. I too have been grateful for them as well. I don’t care much for there front desk staff, not one bit. There rude and totally unprofessional. Definitely blessed for Solv, which allows me to avoid having to have little to no interaction with the front desk.

If I could give this 0/5 stars I would. My sons pediatrician sent us to urgent care because he was having trouble breathing due to congestion in his lungs. Dr. Paula Schweich recommended that I have my son who is learning how to roll over, SLEEP IN HIS CARSEAT. Imagine if I had done no research on safe sleep???? Imagine. Next, she was so dismissive of not only my concerns but my pediatricians. When I told her our pediatrician recommended a full respiratory work up, she mentioned how expensive the testing was, assuming I couldn’t afford it. IT IS MY CHILD’S health, I would literally spend every last penny in my account. This is how black families are treated in healthcare. We’re given unsafe advice, and dismissed when we bring our concerns. I’ll be going all the way up the ladder dealing with this lack of care my son received at Mary Bridge Pediatric Urgent Care - Olympia. You messed with the wrong mama Dr Schweich

The staff were courteous, knowledgeable and kind. Our wait time was short and were very pleased with the care our child received. If we ever need urgent medical care again we will bring our children here!
