Just terrible. This place should not be in business. If you have a serious issue go to the emergency room, otherwise see your doctor. FYI. the Beth Israel urgent care center in Chestnut Hill is 1000 times better and you can book appointments online.

I was very displeased with my experience. While the people were kind I felt as though no one was listening to my symptoms. They told me I had not have bacterial sinus infection and should just use peppermint oil for the issue. I was crying from frustration and pain but was told I should just talk with my normal doctor about it in the future. I went to a different urgent care less than 24 hours later and was given antibiotics for a sinus infection and a case of strep.

I ended up in the hospital because I chose this clinic. Don’t go here if you care about your health. I went to urgent care in significant discomfort because of a UTI. They had to do a urine test twice and then still refused treatment even though I begged them to. Three days later I had to go to the hospital because I was in severe pain because my simple UTI turned into a kidney infection. I brought this to their attention and they still expected me to pay the bill...

I arrived at the clinic close to closing, and had a short wait excluding a few forms. Was treated well and in a timely manner. Great facility, even better staff.

I usually NEVER write reviews for stuff like this, but my experience was so terrible I have to, in order to bring about improvement and to make sure this never happens to another patient. I came in complaining of a fever, an incredibly sore throat so painful that I could barely breathe or talk, and shortness of breath/feeling like my throat is closing when I exert any effort. First of all, a throat closing is objectively a medical emergency and yet I was still made to wait almost an hour before being seen. No one seemed to be listening to my symptoms, and according to my discharge papers, it seems like the PA didn't even change information from the last girl who was sitting with me in the waiting room. My height, weight, temperature, and reasons for visiting were all off, and even my blood pressure was off. It's like they took the stats for a generic college girl and slapped it on my papers. This PA didn't even take my temp even after letting her know I had been febrile for almost 3 hours at that point - the attending had to do that, but even after telling her I was having chills/was super cold, she chastised me for not dressing more warmly. Like seriously? I have a 102 fever and I'm having the chills. Of course I'm cold. I've never felt this unheard or disrespected at a healthcare facility before. Clearly no one was listening to anything I had to say, from my symptoms to the most basic information like height and weight. I arrived at around 7:15pm and just got home, and it is now 10:26pm. I live a 5min drive from this place, so I was really there for the better part of 3 hours, which is ridiculous. I was sent home and diagnosed with the flu, despite not getting tested for it. I felt my throat start to close again upon walking back up the stairs to my apartment. The feeling of a throat closing after exerting little to no effort is so scary, especially since I'm only in my 20s. I couldn't believe no one acknowledged that despite repeatedly bringing it up as my main concern. Everyone just shut me down. I usually trust the healthcare system (I am premed after all), but now I'm paranoid that something bad will happen to me in the middle of the night because of incompetence. I expected more from Partners.
