Scheduled online and did a five minute telehealth call and was done. Very quickly and efficiently handled my care. Staff was friendly and apologetic for a technical difficulty.

Developed a painful UTI in the middle of the night. Pain was getting worse throughout the morning. I found this clinic through Google, called them to confirm they take my insurance and was able to make a virtual visit for the same day. The only issue that Solv needs to address, I got an email immediately after booking the virtual visit and in the email it showed the time of the appointment and “central time zone”. I’m in the Pacific time zone so that was a bit confusing. I thought my appointment was in two hours, but it actually was coming up any minute. I called the clinic again, they confirmed it’s all in central time and redirected me to the nurse for the virtual visit. Unfortunately, we got disconnected. I called again and was immediately connected, had my virtual visit and within a few hours was able to pick up my prescription at CVS. I was in pain and needed this address immediately, so I really appreciate the efficiency. It was great to get a text and email from Solv immediately confirming my appointment, and creating a login was easy just using my phone number. But they do need to address the central time zone issue. Not everyone is in central time. They should confirm in their automated text “central time zone and to double check your time zone” to sign into your appointment at the proper time…
