I waited 2 hours to receive care. According to the staff, they only have 3 rooms for patients. There was no one ahead of me except the 3 rooms with patients. The provider was very nice and competent. The room had minimal equipment, which necessitated the provider to have to leave several times to get the needed equipment to evaluate my issue. The posted hours were open till 8PM. I got there at 5:50 and was told initially that they were not taking any more patients. I begged them to see me and they finally relented. Other patients came in and they turned them away. This facility seems to be understaffed and minimally stocked with provisions to provided care. I have been to a few Urgent Care facilities, and this one was the worst.

I drive out of my way to go to this urgent care. Friendliest staff. They go the extra mile. Can’t say enough about this place! Thank you. Wait time was 2 minutes Walk in

My visit is always pleasant and I start to feel better from the moment I walk in before receiving care because the staff is amazing.

This is the second time I have been here and the doctors definitely do not care about the overall health of the patients. I was told we didn’t have Covid so we can leave even though I wrote down several other things that I was experiencing. The dr said she would come see us but didn’t come. It was a complete waste of time and I’m still sick so if something happens to me I will definitely be filing a suit against them.

This was my second visit to this facility. Just as the first time, the service was quick and thorough.

Had to wait for all most two hours. Only I person was ahead of me They called her back as I was checking in. That was at 6:21. I left there at 7:50. The Dr was great she took care of my issue and listened attentively.

The receptionist was very nice understood my needs, and so was the doctor. I was very pleased with the experience they were very professional and caring.

Thank you for seeing me so quickly. Being sick it would have sucked to wait. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My go to urgent care!!

Great experience. Brought my son in because was wheezing a little bit, and learned more in the little time I was there, than I did in dozens and dozens of doctors visits to different pediatricians and specialty doctors. Will come here for all future needs.
