I work for a HHA and Kristina B was able to assist with getting paperwork that was urgent signed within one day for a special needs kiddo. She was so polite and friendly. She stayed on the phone with me to make sure the paperwork was received. Once received she printed it out to give to doctor. She also called me once the paperwork was signed and that she was sending over. She followed up with a phone call to make sure I had received everything for the child. Kristina B went above and beyond.

Dr Ansel is fantastic!! Compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Unfortunately, the front desk staff with the exception of Ms Kim are deplorable, poor communication skills, bad attitudes, extremely unprofessional, and seemingly unmanaged for a group of people who value their jobs. It's usually backed up and don't even THINK about trying to call! Ms Christine is great, as well. She listens, impatiently and gets down to business. She ALWAYS make you feel that patient concerns, safety, and comfort are a priority. So basically, if you can get past the 1/2 stars in the front, you just may get stellar service with the right Dr!
