Absolutely horrible. Rude staff, long wait times even though the waiting room was completely empty. Avoid this place at all costs. Incredibly incompetent and rude.

Terrible place. Wrong diagnosis. They were not able to clean the wax in the ear and were not able to realize there was an infection. I asked doctor if there is an infection and he said no. I asked him again if he is sure and he asure me that there was no infection. I had to go to ENT specialist after the urgent care. There was indeed an infection. Waste of money and time. Please please please avoid this place at all cost. They diagnose wrong and mistreat you. It says on the discharge paper license number is U05540, I believe it is either place or doctor's number. Stay away from this place
