What patients are saying...

Yesterday I went to the urgent care with what I thought it was sinusitis, because of a terrible migraine I was experiencing. Doctor Benjamin Yo o told me it was a regular flu, he just ask me to take antiviral. I explained to him that I had this terrible migraine and this was something I’ve never experienced with a regular flu before, I was desperate and crying. He asked me in the most hurtful way “what do you want me to do? There is nothing I can do, this is just flu”. He never saw my nose, throat or ears. He changed the order and prescribe antivirals, antibiotics and steroids because “he was not sure”. I left and feel like I did not get the right diagnosis so I went to an emergency room where they told me that I have COVID not flu. That’s why I was feeling so bad. I will not recommend this terrible doctor, he does not know what he is doing, he just want you to leave the place as fast as you can, he is super unprofessional, he Invalidated my feelings and my symptoms. Stay away from this doctor!!
