Went to MD Now for chest injury. Very difficult understanding the doctor on site. Unable to access my medical records using their website. Main office of no help. NEVER AGAIN.

Went to get ears flushed due to wax. Waited 15 minutes in waiting room and another hour in room in back! Med. assistant comes in and asks if anyone put drops in my ears because they have to stay for 10 minutes before flushed. No, no one did. Told him this could have been done while I waited one hour. He agreed. He tried his best, couldn't get one piece out. Requested the doctor look. Another 1/2 hour waiting for Dr. He got it out. Total: over 2 1/2 hours

I would normally give this location a 5 star rating because my experiences have been great. Except when Dr. Parikh is on duty. He has no bedside manor, exceptionally slow, doesn’t make me feel like he’s competent. I had to go back because I wasn’t getting any better. The doctor I saw gave me a regimen of medication that was immediately effective. My advice is to call first and see who is on duty. If it’s Dr. Parikh, go to a different location.

I usually don't write reviews, but I just had to share my experience! I was explaining my reason for visit to front desk and the lady was asking personal questions extremely loud in a room full of people. When I finally got to see a Dr, he asked a few questions and seemed unsure of what to do... He said to me "I mean we could do this.... Or that if you want". You're the doctor!!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE... I asked for a full checkup anyway and MID CONSULTATION, they made me sign a consent form. The nurse herself seemed over it! HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER! I felt uncomfortable the whole time. They then prescribed medication and told me "that's it!" They did not tell me what was prescribed, or how to take them... I had to ask them which pharmacy they sent them to... Just horrible!

This used to be my favorite place to get a Covid test they used to be fast efficient and communicative with their patients not anymore they have changed all their policies . if you get a Covid test you are forced to see a doctor. if you don’t want to see a doctor they won’t let you have a Covid test . We already had an appointment set up with my child’s pediatrician but we’re forced to see their doctor . That might not of been a problem if they had notified us or there had been a sign somewhere in the facility they don’t answer their phones . they no longer have direct phone lines to each location. the call center is unable to help you with anything. they can’t look up your test results . They can’t connect you to the location you went to . they are completely useless . their policies are not posted anywhere inside the facility or on the door. the doctors are telling you that corporate is the one who changed these policies. They are not allowed to post or notify the patience of what the rules are as per corporate. they say they can’t do anything about it. After our Covid test we weren’t even given any paperwork.
