The 2 females at the front desk are completely incompetent. Rude. Irresponsible. Liars. NOEL, is it? Answered the phone and told us ( my sister and I on 3-way), that she was welcome to come in. We described all symptoms and the cause of the illness. Sinus infection related to death of her dog, hence crying, sinus infection, fatigue. Also..,anyone with a brain would suspect depression, anxiety, and grief would play a huge role in this. I told the stupid C.... that my sister, was too tired even to come in or drive anywhere. She offered a virtual visit but I said, no. She needs to be seen and examined with a stethoscope, etc. The idiot girl said now was a good time to come because they were empty with no wait. After convincing my very tired and ill sister to take the drive because the place looked nice and had good reviews and was empty, she went. Well, she walked in and don't you know these 2 B...... told her, " you never mentioned fatigue. You can't be seen!" Since I'd done most of the talking on the call and was still on speaker phone then, I said yes we did tell you all of this. You people are totally irresponsible. All Hell broke loose. COVID was not in the ball park of what we were thinking. Only those dumdum, wannabe, doctors at the desk thought they knew better. Hey, Doctor! Fire them both! Especially the stupid one who answers the phone and says one thing and then another. Monday I'm calling cooperate. The doctor might be terrific. But we'll never know. They are costing you business. I'm certain of that! B......, you messed with the wrong B....! My sister was just seen elsewhere with acute sinusitis and an ear infection!!! I don't normally use profanity in my reviews. But they were so rude and disgusting. The one girl stood there and lied. Just lied. Stuuuuupid. Losers. Nice job! Jobs you won't be keeping long after I'm done with you both. Watch.
