What patients are saying...

My husband had a needed a covid test to return to work. The staff had no idea what an FSA/HSA receipt is and the rude older woman who worked there stated they "don't have those on the weekends." Really? Obviously the weekend staff needs more training.

I would avoid this business. I set up an appointment for a Covid vaccine at 4:30pm, and made sure they had my correct email and cell number. I showed up 30 minutes early to the appointment, and found the urgent care to be completely closed, with a hand made sign saying they were closed and would reopen the next day. A sick women with stomach pain was peering through the locked door as well, and was uncertain were she should go next. Obviously they should have had referral info to other urgent care facilities on their door if they close during regular hours, and they should have called me to cancel my appointment. When I called the next day, I was rudely told that they posted a sign on their door stating they were no longer giving Covid vaccines... not very helpful!

I scheduled my husband for a covid vaccine. We arrived 15 minutes early for the appt. only to be told that all appointments had been cancelled and everyone had been called. NO ONE called us! Additionally, when I tried to call the answering machine said the mailbox was full and it hung up on me, and when I tried to email customer service my email came back as undeliverable. This place is a complete scam.
