SCAM!!!!! I went to this urgent care for stomach pain. They charged me $195 for the doctor to talk to me less than 5 minutes and prescribe medicine. I started the medication which made it even worse. I called that night and they suggested to come back in and pay an additional $150 for a shot of the same medicine or the medicine will start working in 2 days and to keep taking it. I continued taking it and day 3 it’s causing worse pain and worse side effects. I called to speak with the doctor in which the front desk women were EXTREMELY RUDE and said if I want the doctor to call and fix what HE did it would cost $150 or they suggest I come in and pay $195. This place is a scam!! Please stay away unless you’re looking to waste hundreds of dollars

I came to MD Urgent Care with back spasms at 8 pm Sunday thankful they were open until 9. There was no one in the waiting room. The receptionist was very friendly. When Pashi came to get me, she realized I needed help because of my spasms. She was so kind, patient, friendly and helpful during my whole visit. Dr. Flores was very thorough with his exam of my back while Pashi helped me. I had a positive experience at MD Urgent Care from the moment I entered the building.

Uh Dr Flores is my favorite Dr for our whole family. Just visited. Alterered my blood pressure meds for dizziness and vomiting and breathing and drunkenness effects. Forgot to ask the Dr to check my ears (normal procedure for dizziness)so I went to CVS for meds and immediately was 2 minutes or less drive away. The counter person (black w dreads all fine.. couldn’t have the Dr see me quickly without charging my benefits again as she says it’s another situation. Another symptom. Wrong it’s within the first symptoms) I guess it’s learn from counter staff. Couldn’t get to the Dr etc. She was all you got to fill out everything again. Well can’t say I’m not coming back but obviously if she was paying she wouldn’t pay twice. Whatever. I like Dr Flores. But for the first time their staff was more money grabbing. Be treated how you want others to treat you.

There is a sign on the door mandating masks due to the pandemic (which is state law). However, the office does not enforce patients wearing of masks and even the doctor doesn't wear one! We never saw any common areas (counters, doors, pens, etc) getting sanitized the entire time we were there. That doesn't make you comfortable especially knowing that they are a COVID-19 testing site. I won't be going back.

MY whole family has been treated here and we always have a great experience. Dr. Flores is the best. My regular doc is rarely available when I need to be seen quickly. I’m glad to have a place to go where my medical needs are quickly and very efficiently treated.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Pretty good front desk staff but highly UNPROFESSIONAL doctor. I have never been disrespected by a doctor like this! Basic human decency and sympathy is CLEARLY lacking. Seems like the female blonde doctor - didn’t even introduce herself - who works there is an emotional waste basket, rude, lacks basic knowledge - like she’s not even a real doctor. Questionable health providers for sure! The blonde lady “doctor” couldn’t even answer a basic health question but just kept rudely ranting in front of and belittling a hurting patient. What an absolute JOKE of a medical staff. I have never in my life had an experience like this, let alone with a doctor. Will be SERIOUSLY consulting my lawyer in the near future and MD Stat management.
