Jessica Holmes is amazing! I have been going to her for 4 years now and she never ceases to amaze me with her friendliness, very competent and caring self!!! She will sit and answer every question you have and is very thorough with her exams and follow ups! The entire staff was very friendly and sweet this time ( there has been a very few occasions that front desk isn’t ) and I got in and out as expected! Thank you Med First !

The providers are very thorough and staff extremely helpful. It is a family practice that takes walk in urgent care patients so a wait should be expected if you are a walk in, especially during a pandemic. My doctor could not see me, so I am grateful I could be seen same day here! Thank you all!!

Very disappointing. Mean receptionist. Rude. Loud. Inconsiderate. Expected better. & she was a red head like the other entries say most likely the same person.. Plus communication is one sided. Very disappointing.

You will wait an hour or more. No matter your issue. A Redheaded receptionist is a tyrannical cop caller, very insensitive, interrupts, no empathy or compassion. She wont give her name or say good morning. She will be pushy, & threaten, demand, be aggressive & embarrass other's by demanding your medical info in front of others. This is not a safe place to get proper medical care. BEWARE.

The worst, Physician Assistant only interested in setting up all kinds of test to bill insurance company. Didn't listing to any of my immediate needs. Dr. Georgitis on the other hand very patient and understanding

This place is horrible. No communication at all. Do not waste your time trying to come here for anything...drive to Wilmington or Jacksonville before you even bother coming here. First walk in patient and have been sitting for over an hour and half already
