Horrible with continuation of care. Seen in the clinic (provider was wonderful-LGray, NP) visit went smoothly but referral for specialty services was horrific. Nearly 3 weeks later and order still had not been received. Office staff, including office manager, did not follow up on labs or referral order. Had to call numerous times and was told at one point to drive to the clinic to pick the referral up and deliver to the receiving provider for ordered services. This created a delay in treatment and there was no concern or desire to resolve on clinic staff’s part. Would not recommend.

I drive an hour and 20 mins to come to the clinic in my home town to get the care I have come to know and trust. I have gone to MedPlus before I have gone to my PCP because I knew they would take great care of me.

I haven't even been to this health clinic yet ,however their reputation stands good amongst some of my friends that have. Recommendations for a medical issue that I've already been seen for with the assurance from a friend that they will find the root of the problem tells me that this place is a much better place than our local E.R. I'm attempting to set up a appointment hoping they find the issue before I lose one of my legs. I'll keep this updated.
