I took my sister in law who had fallen.  She has a lot of medical issues and the staff were very accommodating.  The wait was a little longer than usual but overall the experience, the staff and the facility were great.

Went online and scheduled appointment. Staff and tech and NP were all great. Recommend going here. Quicker than hospital urgent care

My daughter wasn’t feeling well and her job needed a note. Found Med+ and made an appointment online, filled out the paperwork, got confirmation, easy peasy! Day of appointment headed there, lots of parking, not crowded, courteous staff, checked in and waited about 5 minutes before getting called in. Nurse had great communication, quick on the pickup and listened. Then the Dr came in verified what was wrong, explained what it could be and advised what she felt was best. Then we asked other questions related to finding a Dr for a specific need, she gave us great insight on where to go. Sent in the medication order and gave us a Dr note! Best experience this far from an urgent care.  This will be where we go when needed!  Would recommend this provider to everyone!

I had been feeling like crap for a few days and when I tried getting in to see my regular doctor they couldn’t get me in, I was able to get in at med+ right away and get treated. Very friendly staff and helpful.

Wonderful experience. Only area for possible improvement- it didn’t seem to matter that I had scheduled an appointment. It seemed to be “first in / first served”.

The front desk clerk is always amazing. She's very helpful and nice, keeps the waiting area clean, and while you wait to be seen, she constantly checks on you to make sure you are ok. The whole crew is an amazing outstanding service. Since day one, I've been going to MEDPLUS, but I haven't been disappointed yet I recommend everyone to MEDPLUS.

Staff was great especially the physician on duty on the morning that I visited. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that I am a vet who has va pay coverage for insurance and this urgent care doesn't not accept it. I had to co-pay when it is usually all covered for me.

I called I and got in quick.  The staff was nice and when they noticed I needed something they did not have they sent me to the hospital,

I had to leave work because of sickness. I always pass Med + on way to work so thought of them immediately. Before I left my work parking lot I had an appt. scheduled. The wait wasn't long,all the staff were friendly. It was a very clean and calming environment. Would definitely recommend .

Schedule an appointment with them and everything went smoothly. Wait time in and out within a hour.
