My daughter wasn’t feeling well and her job needed a note. Found Med+ and made an appointment online, filled out the paperwork, got confirmation, easy peasy! Day of appointment headed there, lots of parking, not crowded, courteous staff, checked in and waited about 5 minutes before getting called in. Nurse had great communication, quick on the pickup and listened. Then the Dr came in verified what was wrong, explained what it could be and advised what she felt was best. Then we asked other questions related to finding a Dr for a specific need, she gave us great insight on where to go. Sent in the medication order and gave us a Dr note! Best experience this far from an urgent care.  This will be where we go when needed!  Would recommend this provider to everyone!

I had been feeling like crap for a few days and when I tried getting in to see my regular doctor they couldn’t get me in, I was able to get in at med+ right away and get treated. Very friendly staff and helpful.

The front desk clerk is always amazing. She's very helpful and nice, keeps the waiting area clean, and while you wait to be seen, she constantly checks on you to make sure you are ok. The whole crew is an amazing outstanding service. Since day one, I've been going to MEDPLUS, but I haven't been disappointed yet I recommend everyone to MEDPLUS.

Staff was great especially the physician on duty on the morning that I visited. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that I am a vet who has va pay coverage for insurance and this urgent care doesn't not accept it. I had to co-pay when it is usually all covered for me.

I had to leave work because of sickness. I always pass Med + on way to work so thought of them immediately. Before I left my work parking lot I had an appt. scheduled. The wait wasn't long,all the staff were friendly. It was a very clean and calming environment. Would definitely recommend .
