I had to leave work because of sickness. I always pass Med + on way to work so thought of them immediately. Before I left my work parking lot I had an appt. scheduled. The wait wasn't long,all the staff were friendly. It was a very clean and calming environment. Would definitely recommend .

I came in for a pre op physical. The entire staff was amazing from check in to check out. Very thorough and competent staff. I will definitely go back to see this group!

The tech and the np-c were very very under qualified they called an ambulance for a possible stroke/heart attack based on a ekg, even though I felt fine, but wasn’t sure if it was because the leads were placed incorrectly or if I was actually in trouble, the ambulance and hospital said I was fine and it was a false reading do to the misplaced leads and the false readings was completely obvious and they should of took 5 more mins to properly place the leads and run the test so I paid y’all for blood work X-rays and a ekg and still have to pay ambulance charges and hospital charges and take the same test at the hospital bc you weren’t able to even perform the ekg correctly I paid for that’s a shame I wouldn’t recommend going unless you want a 125 to 400 dollar bandaid

I went into the office this morning, after scheduling an appointment online 10 minutes prior. The waiting room was decorated for fall, and the staff were all welcoming. I was in and out within 40 minutes, and everyone from the lovely woman at check in, the gentleman who got my vitals, and the doctor I saw were fantastic.

**Review for Med Plus:** I recently visited Med Plus and had a rather frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. I followed the check-in instructions provided through their app, which I found convenient. However, after sitting in the waiting area and observing people who arrived after me being called in, I began to feel overlooked. After some time, with no progress on my end and the waiting area nearly empty, I decided to approach the front desk to inquire about my status. To my surprise, I was informed that even though I had checked in via the app, I still needed to physically check in at the desk. This left me feeling frustrated, as it seemed like a significant oversight on their part. While I understand that systems can sometimes fail, I believe it's crucial for staff to communicate better and ensure that those checking in electronically are recognized. Alternatively, the app could be updated to clearly indicate that physical check-in is still required, which would prevent future misunderstandings. Overall, while my visit was not what I expected, I hope that Med Plus takes this feedback into account to improve their processes. Clear communication and streamlined procedures would greatly enhance the patient experience.

Great place to go for your medical needs.The staff was magnificent. I would definitely visit again if I need medical care. This visit was for a DOT Physical. I recommend them.
