What a dirty place for a doctors office it was so dirty they don’t clean very well and the staff are so rude and un friendly this place should be shut down NEVER GO THERE!!!

Worst service I ever had basically they said go home and die Wouldn’t get any RX because they said I had Covid and there is no hope and I was going to die told me if I didn’t leave they would have me arrested if I did leave they want me go go out to Walmart and shop and spread the illness so they may get more work never been treated so bad from a doctor if that was what se was I don’t think she had any medical training never go there !!!! Unless you want to die!!!!!!!!! This place should be closed down I am contacting the state about this and called the governor office

The wait was over 3 hours the first time I was there and the second one about the same,they need to improve the service, for a urgent care is too long the waiting time

Made appointment for 1230. They kept delaying it, when it got to 230, I went to physcian urgent care

I cannot begin to say how thankful I was with my sons laceration repair tonight. Always a super pleasant experience with some very caring medical staff

I used Medstat when my Doctor was on vacation and left no replacement option. 😡 I had a good experience. Staff was thorough, tests were ordered, result was just as nurse had suspected. Would not hesitate to use again them, but would hope that in the future, Provident Family Healthcare Drs, would cover for each other.

My family doctor doesnt work on weekends, but MedStat does. I needed an Cray due to an accident and the friendly staff there had me fixed up in no time!

They now have a kiosk that you must touch to sign in. Germs. You have to give your cellphone and email, too. I left and I will go elsewhere.
