We had a less than satisfactory experience. My Mom is 82 with moderate dementia. She has a history of UTI’s. We visited this site due to back pain from a fall 5 weeks ago. She lives alone and had advised me the night before that her back was hurting so badly, she needed to visit the doctor. Her primary doctor is closed on weekends, so I offered an ER visit. She did not want to do that, so I assumed an Urgent Care facility was the next best choice. Thank you Dr Sunshine for informing us that you could do nothing for her. Good to know that you are not allowed to do anything for previous injuries that have been previously seen by a Primary physician. You were very clear advising we were at the WRONG place. First, you never introduced yourself. You were rude and I got the impression you thought we were there for pain medication. I am sure you see that often, but that was not our intent. I actually hoped you could offer an X-ray or something other than your impolite attitude. You covered yourself well with the online notes. You spent more time rudely telling us to go to her primary than relaying what was typed on her records. We will not use your facility again.

No comment, other than most of the staff need a huge dose of good bedside manner. I swear Anderson has some of the nastiest people in the Upstate.

Went in for uninsured tract infection because it was New Years Eve . Waited April. 11.2 hours . Had reaction to prescribed medication. Called the office and the receptionist said they would either call in something else or call me . Neither happened . My share of this visit after insurance was 97.76 plus the cost of the prescriptions. Thanks Anderson Medicare fir Nothing!!!! I won’t be back !
