The "sign in online, prior to showing up" didn't work for us, but we got there 90 mins before closing and there were 30 people in front of us, with only 1 doctor working. Listen, these nurses were busting their butts to get everyone seen and feeling better. All that said, I was released 30 mins before closing and the doctor was able to prescribe medication that I was needing 35 years ago for the asthma and allergies I have been diagnosed with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We were in town for Boot Camp Graduation. I was having pain in my ear. The staff was patient with us while we were texting someone about our insurance. When I was taken to see the Dr. the nurse was attentive and friendly. The Dr asked me questions and was attentive. I needed Meds and before the nurse came back in, I received a text from my pharmacy. Upon leaving my dad misstepped and fell. The nurse and the receptionist came to aide quickly. This was one of our best experiences with urgent care.

Excellent receptionists, so WONDERFUL Doctor. BUT the technician providing the shot liked a robot, making comments, taking a shot, and handing a paper for you without any explanation…. I asked I was so sore. How long will it last? Answer: several days. Ended up I just had the bad feeling for few hours. ***if the office people read this note, please retrained your staff to have a better customer services…. Otherwise recommend that technician not to have any interactions with humans but machines.

This place is a joke, seems there is no adminstration

The doctor was very rude and nasty. I is come here but this particular doctor is very impatient, snappy and rude. I will never come to after his treatment. Front desk and med tech were awesome.

Went there for UTI on Sunday night. I was running a fever, so they asked me to come back the next day for a Covid test, even though I clearly had a UTI. They said results for culture and test would be in in a couple of days. If I didn’t hear, I could call. It has been 5 days, I cannot get anyone on the phone, my UTI symptoms are worse and no results on Covid. I have left many messages. This is appalling. Don’t go here.

I’m giving them one star because as frustrating as COVID-19 already is, I wish we they would’ve told me they needed my email in order to send me my results. My job needs my results and I have no way of getting them because I’ve called over 20 times the last two days (can’t leave my house due to being on quarantine from getting tested) and NO ONE ANSWERS!!! I’ve emailed 3 times as well. No responses. This is ridiculous and if I break quarantine to come there, don’t be surprised.

I’ve taken my son here after school at times because of my work schedule and they are always accommodating & helpful
