What patients are saying...

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. Upon informing the nurse of my OCD diagnosis, she told me “all of America has OCD except for her roommate because she’s messy.” I went in for an EKG because I’ve been having chest pains and arm tingling. The doctor asked me to have blood work and then have it again after 2 weeks without caffeine. When I told him I don’t drink caffeine, he made me list off everything I drink and didn’t believe me when I told him I only drink water. He then asked me if I wanted a psychiatrist and recommended an Apple Watch. He finished my appointment by saying “since you seem like someone who likes to make your own diagnosis, then you can tell me what you need.” He was incredibly condescending and made me uncomfortable. If you want a nurse/doctor to take you seriously, don’t go here.

Quality of care is my primary concern. After a failed diagnosis at coastal, I was diagnosed with the flu. A panel of blood-work was completed by coastal, but they did not call to provide results on the scheduled date. When I called late in the afternoon on the scheduled date, they said the results were normal, and they don't call on normal results. I was told that I could come in and review the results, but I have to pay again for an office visit. In my opinion, my visit was a waste of time and money.
