They need to improve the quality of service first the lady at the front desk hung up on me on the phone and they I get to the front desk and the male that was there miss placed my paperwork so I get put back at the end of the line ridiculous. I have sat just in the waiting room for hour and half and yes I checked in online.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful- no complaints at all with the quality of care. Don't bother to check in online though. I was "next" in line right as I arrived, but at least 7 people were called back before me. Waited 1hr 15 minutes in the waiting room and waited another 20+ minutes in the exam room.

Went in to be seen and was refused because my license was expired. Are you kidding me?? I had my insurance card and multiple other cards with my name on it but the girl said “we’ve had problems with ids lately so we can’t take any chances.” Um ok, it’s not like they couldn’t prove it was me. I asked them what would they do if I didn’t have a license at all. They just looked at me. I won’t be back to this location EVER again. Ridiculous. I heard other people checking in and giving the receptionists what should be considered private information. Sooooo, screw HIPPA but a date kept me from seeing the doctor? Y’all need to get your priorities straight.

As a nurse, I can be very critical of health care facilities. I see beyond the what the average patient does. I’ve never received better care than I did yesterday when I was seen by Dr. Seals and a nurse practitioner. My family Doctor’s office had closed so I drove over from Pickens County in severe abdominal pain. The clinic is set up keeping patient safety in mind; they’re so friendly & professional; the medical staff was thorough and Dr. Seals even called me himself last night to give me CT results. Today I received a call from their nurse to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Med Center North!

We always use the online check in & it is Awesome. We have a young child & it's so important to us because there's no waiting & this limits her exposure to other illnesses. The Staff, Nurses & Doctors are Knowledgeable & Kind. Thank You for your help with our family, especially the extra Kindness given to Our Child 🙂

I always put off going to an after hours doctor until absolutely necessary and one of the reasons is because of past experiences. I hate being treated as an inconvenience when an service is being paid for. This was definitely not my experience Sunday at Med Center North. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect by the reception/insurance team. When I went back to a room, the nurse who took my vitals and history was so sweet and professional. Then I met the CNP who was incredible as well as was the radiology tech and the nurse who gave me my injections. The doctor came in and actually looked me in the eyes when she spoke to me and not down at her notes or her watch. This is by far the best urgent care experience I have ever had. I hope they continue their pursuit of excellence and patient care. I should say that I love my regular doctor’s office but sometimes it’s just inconvenient to go. This will definitely will be my go to when I need a doctor after normal hours or in a more emergent situation.

I discovered on a Friday night that I had symptoms that might be shingles. I arrived at Medcenter North at 9 am the next morning and saw the doctor shortly after checking in. He confirmed my suspicions and started treatment immediately (which was important since I was leaving town the next day). I have used Medcenter North frequently in the past and have always found the doctors and staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The nurses & staff to include the treating physician were extraordinarily pleasant and professional. I was in and out and back to work within 2 hours. Thank you MedCenter North for taking such great care of me & getting me well.

It was one hour and 45 minutes before we saw a doctor after being placed in a exam room. Whole visit start to finish took 3+ hours!
