Staff was super friendly. I got a little lost, they told me just how to get there. The wait was very short. The doctor came in shortly after nurse checked me in.

Came in for a rapid COVID test. Waited in the car for an hour before I was ever tested. Then it took another hour after that to get my test results. Th another 30 minutes if waiting inside. Had to call to see if anyone was going to test me twice and the receptionist seemed surprised i was still there both times.

I made an appointment for 8 am today for a Covid test and didn't get swab until almost 9 am and I was the only one waiting at those hours. They told me to wait at the parking for results but I couldn't since I had to be at work at 9. I called them and they said to wait a little bit more but they never reached out again so I left. At noon I reached out and asked if they could give me my results, they said someone would call me shortly and now it's almost 5p and no one has called me. Waste of time.

Not a long wait with an appt. Very thorough and professional.
