They were efficient and I felt safe. They followed sanitary protocol. I did not have to wait too long. I highly recommend this place. It is not a pleasant experience when you're sick, but they made me feel comfortable.

All the staff are friendly. From the moment I was greeted to the time I was walked out. The doctor was very nice and caring. Going forward, I will add lasts go to the Medco ER Plano location. Thank you everyone!💝

I loved this facility not only did they test me for Covid they test me for other things .. Thankfully I was Covid free but had bronchitis and they gave me antibiotics before leaving the facility..

We have been here many times and this was our go to favorite! Today was a horrible experience! The front desk lady and male nurse (I apologize I didn’t catch their names, don’t mean to assume gender) were super sweet and courteous! The doctor was absolutely horrible. I’m not even sure he was a doctor. He had a very thick accent (that’s fine!) but I had a hard time understanding him as he also mumbled in a low voice and he seemed very annoyed when I asked him to repeat his statements. He literally walked in the room and said “I’m the doctor.” I said hello and he relied “what do you need?” I literally thought maybe this was a joke or we were being punked by a tv show. Then we said simply described my son’s symptoms (coughing, runny nose, chest congestion, night chills, etc - he has them all - and he said, and I’m 100% quoting - take a warm shower before bed. Seriously? He did NOT examine my child whatsoever including not listening to his chest while he breathes! How can my child be this sick and not check for upper respiratory infection, sinus infection - nothing. Seems like you want to know the color of the mucus at least. Nope. Just said take a warm shower and take an allergy pill. So now we have to go to another facility to find a doctor who will actually examine my son. Waste of money. Do not go to this facility. Not sure what has changed in the last year but it’s not worth your time or the very expensive bill. We then had to wait 30 minutes for a doctor’s note for my kid’s school which I finally asked why that was taking so long to which they said the doctor had to provide but he was now with other patients. I asked if they could just email it to me so instead the woman in the back just got up and printed it. So not sure why we were waiting on the doctor for that since he didn’t actually do it. We left with no paperwork either - they said there wasn’t any…. I legit think this place is a scam.

The nurse that met with me and my son was amazing! Honestly the best experience I have ever had with a nurse. She was kind an patient with my son and he raved about how awesome she was for the rest of the day. The doctor who saw us was also very professional and kind, it’s really touching to have such considerate care when you a little one with you.

Everyone was super nice and I didn't wait a long time. 10 out of 10 would go here again
