Staff was great. The fact that you do t have a rapid test for strep is ridiculous. The fact that you choose not to tell the patient that until AFTER THEYRE IN THE ROOM is deceptive and pretty shady.

It was great, no issues, got right in, loved the online check-in, is annoying the first time but I'm sure it will be much faster next time!

We came in and had to put our information in on the phone as related to counters putting information in also. My dad was waiting to be seen and really wasn’t feeling good. He kept asking how much longer he had to wait to be seen. There was nobody in the parking lot or in the waiting room with us. They never figured out what was really wrong with my dad.

I cannot reach anyone on any number given and all of my calls get directed to the answering center dispite the fact that I know the office is completely empty of customers. The people at the office are very friendly but you really need to fix this lapse in communication. When I finally got someone on the line at the call center she was laughing and giggling at something and seemed a little distracted. I have a pretty good sense of humor, but im certainly not laughing when im sitting on hold for a half hour just to ask someone where the I need to pick up my prescription, because they sent my medicine to the wrong pharmacy.Thank God its bronchitis and not anaphylaxis, or I'd be dead already.

I filled out information in my car online before going in. Sat maybe 5 minutes and called back. Immediately started swabs so that my wait time wouldn’t be long. Super friendly and caring.
