Dawn was awesome. She was very educational and her bedside manner was amazing. I would have loved to have her as a PCP!  My wait time was non existent. As soon as I checked in I was seen quickly.

I came in around 4:10 to be seen and was told that the wait was at least two hours. I was in so much pain that I did not want to wait in the office for that long. She said that a 6:40 appointment had just become available. I took that appointment and checked in online beforehand as I was told. I arrived back to the facility and was checked in by 6:28. I began to wait and happened to look at the link that was sent to my phone for my place in line. Firstly, my name was on the “walk-in” list as opposed to the appointment list. Secondly, I couldn’t understand what the point was to even make an appointment because all three individuals (not counting the others who weren’t even on the list who were actual walk-in patients) had gone in to be seen before me. I had overheard the woman at the desk tell another patient that the patients who had made appointments had priority over walk-ins. Meanwhile, I watched as several patients who had clearly come in after me get seen BEFORE me. I asked them several times and they just kept telling me that they were backed up and that the list that was sent to me was incorrect…but how was possible when the other walk-ins clearly came in after me, one who had made an appointment? When I had gone up to the desk to inquire about what was taking place, the dark-haired woman who checked me in was in the back speaking to someone, turned around and saw me standing there (we made eye contact), and then turned back around to continue her conversation as if she never saw me standing there. It wasn’t until another woman happened to see me standing there and asked me if the other woman was helping me before I was able to speak with someone.  To make matters worse, in a pretty full waiting room, I was one of the last to be called in and the last to leave. I did not feel like a valued patient at all and, in fact, felt discriminated on. As far as my treatment was concerned, the nurse practitioner was very kind and went through lengths to get to the bottom of what was going on with me. However, the only thing that she sent in a prescription for was for the stomach acid that I had complained about but was not my main complaint. One of the main symptoms that I had been experiencing was very bad wheezing. Thank God for my mother who had an extra nebulizer and brought one to me that finally helped with my breathing. I feel that she could have at least prescribed that for me to assist with the wheezing symptom.  Overall, the nurse practitioner was nice, but I did not care at all for how I was treated and I won’t be back nor will I recommend this facility to anyone else.

First, I was able to schedule my appointment on the day/time I wanted. I went in to have the wax removed from my ears. I've had the procedure done a few times and it's usually a quick fix. I was there for over an hour because the ears were really packed even though I had been treating it myself at home. The nurse was so kind and patient and in the end got the job done! She could have easily sent me home to self treat and come back in a couple of days but didn't. Wonderful job and bedside manner! Lastly, I would like to thank the kind receptionist who took all my information with a smile. I forgot to mention, the office looks welcoming and tidy. I'm a repeat patient and would highly recommend this office. Thank you!

This urgent care has incredibly friendly staff and clinicians. Wait time was 2 hours for a walk in for respiratory problems. They were thorough and gave me the time and attention when it was my turn so I very much appreciated that. My rx  were requested before I walked out the door! Would recommend!
