The staff in the front of the building were very rude. I would have walked out if my daughter wasn't feeling as bad as she was. I am still wondering if I should return

The NP (I think Ashley) I saw was not helpful and was judgemental. She forgot to tell me how to use the medication she prescribed and had to call me to tell me.

Woke in the morning with an eye issue.  Eye doc closed. Scheduled an appt which was amazingly easy with many appts available. And chose a morning appointment   Completed on line paperwork and arrived a few minutes early for my appointment.  When I arrived the front desk (can’t remember name)was courteous, professional and pleasant. Didn’t feel so great not to mention what the eye looked like and it was nice to be greeted by a pleasant receptionist Only 1 other patient in the waiting room when I arrived so I thought I would be a reasonable wait time.  Turned out that I waited over an hour to be seen. Being a health care provider myself I did not get upset. The APN apologized for the wait.

My daughters and myself have been sick for a couple of days, coughing, fever, fatigue, and sore throat. We walked in without an appointment and were seen rather quickly. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, we all tested positive for Covid. Out of the three of us, my cough has been the worst. I couldn’t believe the doctor didn’t prescribe a cough medicine. Thankfully, I have a nebulizer at home and have been using that to remedy my cough as well as my daughters’. That is my only complaint. I certainly could have, and still could, use a cough medicine being that the OTC medications haven’t been helping with the cough.

I was there for an employment drug test. I spent a total of about 2 hrs. on two consecutive days for this. In the past, I have gone a few times to my local Labcorp and you are in and out within 10 minutes. 1) Filling paper work to fill HIPAA forms for an employment related drug test 2) Getting a sign-off for drawing blood for an employment related urine test. 3) Forcing me to provide my email address and asking if it's okay to receive marketing emails. 4) Forcing me to sit 2 hrs. along with sick patients wearing masks or coughing. None of this makes sense to me.

Arrived there after a work place accident at 11 am and had to wait 2 and a half hours before I received any help at 1:30, and after I was able to have a nurse help me they simply told me to go to the hospital, front desk receptionist has an unfriendly attitude and not very helpful.

Could not book an appointment with my primary doctor so I decided to try your urgent care. I was pleasantly surprised by the great care I got! The wait time was long but other than that a great experience. I will come again when I’m sick. Thank you

Walked in with a persistent cough, as I hadn’t been there since they changed to it new company, I had to fill-out the paper work again. I was called in to see the doctor just as I was finishing. I had my vitals taken and the nurse practitioner  came in about two minutes later. I was examined and had a chest X-ray taken. They called in three scripts to my pharmacy and I was out only about an hour after I arrived. The people there are very nice, patient and understanding. I’m glad they changed to Atlantic! Definitely the place to go when you have a health problem! Highly recommended!
