Been waiting since 8:45 it's now 10:11 and we're still waiting. This is just for a "quick" covid test, nothing more, nothing less. Yet now she's past the time she has to go to bed and still not finished yet. Oh... 8:45 was the EARLIEST they could get her in... This is PM BTW. The staff were making fun of them for not having rich husband's that could take care of them either. This place is a complete joke.

Fiance thinks she may have covid, the earliest time was 8:45pm.its now 10:03pm as of sending this message and she's not out yet. I've been waiting in the car the entire time too... It's now past the time she goes to bed, this place is a joke. One of the ladies were complaining about waiting for over 3 hours. And the staff were talking down to everyone for not having rich husband's... What?!?!

By far the worst urgent care experience I have had. Staff was clueless, and no one seemed to have the knowledge necessary to provide for patients. It took 7-8 tries to reach someone over the phone, and then had to wait 30-40 minutes on hold. 0/10 recommend this location for services.

Stood in line with many other sick people for at least 45 minutes. They told me they could not see me as a walk in! So instead of having a sign on the door they are not taking walk ins today, I stood in line for at least 45 minutes with many other sick people! What a joke. Post a sign!

The staff treated my mother like she had leprosy, refused to even touch her, much less treat her. We were told there was nothing they could do and to go to the ER. Then staff came in the room and want to get her vital signs. I told them no, that we were leaving for the ER. At that point, I was informed by staff that my mother was "refusing care". She DID NOT refuse care, they had already told us to go to the ER. Her face has red areas all over and her right eye was swollen. I had to take her to a local ER. Turns out she has a skin and eye infection which she received antibiotics and an antihistamine. The staff treated her very badly and embarrassed her, we will never return to your facility.
