I took my son on a Sunday morning I checked online and they had no appointments we walked in at 8 and was seen and back home by 930!! Check in was a breeze and the front staff was helpful if you needed anything. The nurse and Dr were awesome. They were polite and caring will definitely use them again!!

Woke up had a swelling in face, did a walk in. Did not have to wait long at all. In fact I was in and out faster that a regular dr appt.

My daughter called on Fri to get me an appointment.sun at 12:00 was the earliest that could see . They were booked full. When we got there they said they were 30 minutes behind schedule. But it was over an hr, but it didn’t matter I was in and they turned so many sick people away. They were great in all aspects, very thorough and helpful. Thank you so much

Was not feeling well and was able to schedule an appointment within the hour. I was seen in less than an hour as well. Very happy to be able to get in and out so quickly.

Scheduling on- line is great!  Wait time was short- in my opinion, on-line check in helps wait time.  Although, I feel a follow up conversation after online scheduling might clear up any questions.  The staff was friendly.  THANK YOU.

As always I never had to wait too long and staff was always kind and efficient. Scheduling was a breeze.

I paid way to much for that visit to be prescribed cough drops! I called back down there to tell her I needed antibiotics for my throat that was the whole reason I went and she said she was gonna call them in and they never called me back!

Got lucky, no waiting other than check in. Doctor and staff were fantastic. Left feeling glad I went there!!

This was my second time going to any urgent care. The very first time was at a different place and that care was awful. I had much concern in going to any other place but my husband had been to this specific place several times, and had been treated with great care. So I decided to give this place a try and I’m glad that I did. I scheduled my appointment online. Appointment was within an hour and a half, which I thought was very good. Check in was easy. The dr and nurse’s bed side manner were both great!  The dr listened to my concerns and I was given the proper medication/treatment. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

I was having sinus issues and couldn’t get in at another place so I called Access Medical Center and got an appointment the next morning. Excellent service and friendly staff from beginning to end 👍🏼
