Did not get the prescription until a day later.  Wait time was longer when no other patients were there.

The doctor was professional, thorough, and had an excellent bedside manner. She was also very personable; she noticed my daughter was wearing a college sweatshirt and talked with her a bit about her college choice and major.

Went to clinic because of a clogged ear. However, it was very disappointing and annoying to discover that by new policy, every time I have to go there I have to fill a booklet of sheets including an extremely absurd page regarding my sex/gender and the “use of my pronouns”… it is ridiculous, absurd, has nothing to do with my care and I don’t have to fill 10 times the same information which you should already have. Nurse even admitted that many patients have complained about the same issue. If this continues, I am going to have to go someplace else.

I visited to urgent care thinking I had a sinus infection or an upper respiratory infection and the diagnosis was just a viral infection. The staff were all fantastic and I look forward to use them again for my urgent care needs.

I went in to get looked at because I was having pain in one of my ears. They weren’t able to see my eardrum and decided to sprayed 20 ounces of water into my ear to flush the wax out. When it wasn’t working they suggested I go see an ent and sent me on my way. Now both ears are fully clogged and the pressure and ringing in my head is so bad. When I asked if the water is going to come out they chuckled and said “eventually.” I should have never went there because I am so much worse than before going in. To make matters worse the earliest appointment I could get with an ent isn’t until Friday. So thanks to them I get to spend the entire week feeling like someone filled a water balloon in my brain.

We visited AHUC twice this week although we had to wait the facility is well kept large enough for safe distance.  The staff is friendly and professional.  Brittany was knowledgeable, professional and attentive to our need.   We will definitely use this facility for our medical needs in the future. We very highly recommend this provider.

I called first and asked if there was an actual doctor there besides a nurse practitioner actual doctor ther they said yes there wasn’t is a walk-in, so there are no appointments. I waited quite a while there was only one other person in the waiting room, until they brought me to a room and then I waited some more than a nurse practitioner came in. She didn’t have the tape she needed to wrap my wound. I did not feel confident in her expertise. She saidthey  were low on tape so she wrapped it with gauze when I left. I had to go to the drugstore to pick up my antibiotic. My arm was really killing me. I couldn’t understand why because the dressing she put on came right off and my jacket and my clothes are rubbing against my wound. I didn’t have that problem when I put the appropriate covering on with tape.. the people in the office were very very nice to deal with. There’s a good side.
