I have gone here 3 times and all 3 times it has been a pleasure. The staff is great. Wish my regular doctors appointments went the way it does here.  Highly recommend if you are not feeling well to go here.

I went to this Urgent care because I had a lot of pain. The NP I had wasn’t very helpful or informative. She referred me to a doctor that and when I called the doctor she referred me to, they told me they do not specialize in anything I need help with……. I then call the front desk to see if they could recommend me someone else since the person she gave me was not catering to what I needed, she told me to “call the number on the back of my insurance card to find a doctor” which I thought was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I will not be visiting this facility ever again.

I had a great experience here. I went in for treatment, and the doctors and staff were attentive and welcoming. They asked questions to understand my situation while working efficiently, as I was feeling anxious. I highly recommend this urgent care.

I brought my two children in and the wait time was ridiculous. Despite there was only 3-4 people ahead of us. Two hours to see the dr. Then had to wait longer because she was the only person treating patients and she had to conduct a procedure with another patient. On top of that the young woman at the front desk had an issue with my son’s insurance and claimed he was inactive. I called my insurance company and there was nothing wrong with his insurance, other than she has no idea of what she is doing. Do not come here unless you wanna spend three hours and deal with incompetency of staff! I would never come here again!
