As always. I was treated with respect and  compassion   very thorough clinicians  I didn’t pre schedule so some waiting but to be expected

I wasn’t able to book an appointment, and ended up waiting almost 2.5 hours to be taken back.

Overall experience was good but I found the doctor who took care of me not overly thorough. He didn't take off the bandage I had put on my toe. I understand he couldn't do anything but shouldn't he have at least checked my toe! Also, I have high blood pressure and he prescribed antibiotics that caused my potassium to dip. The pharmacist explained I couldn't take my blood pressure meds while on this med. In fact, I felt horrible the few days I took this med. I stopped taking the meds because of this. There are so many antibiotics why prescribe one for someone with blood pressure issues. To me, it indicates a lack of care and attention to detail not to mention low potassium could have resulted in something serious

The doctor is very friendly. My wait time was not too long. I waited. Maybe 45 minutes.

Staff is extremely disrespectful and does not know how to do their job properly. As a healthcare professional and lead physician the treatment I received here was completely going against any standards of care and it was obvious they did not care.

Did not schedule an appointment.  2 + hour wait.  Staff was excellent and care was great.

So far every visit has been amazing. From strept, to ear infections, to severe poison ivy. The doctors and staff listen, and provided excellent treatment and recommendations.

Waited over an hour to get back to the exam room. The waiting room was very hot! Someone finally turned on the AC. Then waited about a half an hour to see the doctor. The exam room needed a thorough cleaning. The floor around the edge of the wall was dirty. There were holes where they took something off the wall and never patched the holes. The room was dusty.
