What patients are saying...

I only had to go there for my employer. I was hired and had to do a pre-employment drug screen. I work in labelle and have to be there at 6am and park my machine at 5. I can’t leave the job site until 5:30. I had to leave early the day of the drug test or I couldn’t go back to work until I had taken it. (Goes for all employees) I got three different answers of the latest time I could be there. I called first to make sure when I got there I could take it. They said be there before 6 & just let us know your outside because we take the last UA at 6. On the way to MedExpress I hit a little traffic before getting on i75 so I called again to let them know that I was for sure coming I just ran into congestion. The woman said no rush they don’t close until 8pm that as long as I was there by 7:45 because that’s the last time spot for a drug screen. I had to question her statement “are you sure” because I couldn’t afford to miss taking the pre-screen. I arrived there a little after 7. I called to check in & was told to go back to the car. —keep in mind I’ve been holding it all day :// so of course being human.. I let them know I had to use the rest room That if I’m being called soon I can wait. They said I could use the bathroom but couldn’t have a cup because there is an order that people come & they have to firmly stick to the order that they arrive when calling back patients. & that.. “there’s the water fountain, start studying after” I was in my truck waiting WELLLL after 8pm with only 1 other Employer/Employee Drug Screen in front of me. Thank goodness their are 3 pencil pushing secretaries that couldn’t give a minute out of there oh so stress filled day to even just walk to the bathroom to have VISUAL KNOWLEDGE that It was really me peeing in MY own cup out of MEE!!! The whole day was shot since I had to leave. I thought “this will be quick I can have an hour or two after work for once so better enjoy it” I got home 1.5 later than I would have had I been at work til 5:30 in labelle. I wish all the staff the best with getting some sort of morally & humane -open minded- but still what they call ‘professional’ when dealing with walk-In patients. I’m sure there is more flexibility than they care to acknowledge. Overall I passed my UA and thankgod I don’t have to hold my piss that long ever again!!
