What patients are saying...

I have been to this facility numerous times and it has my info. I gave my phone # and waited in my car. After 2 hours I went inside and asked how much longer my wait would be. I was told that they had called me numerous times and because they didn't get an answer, my appoint was canceled. I checked my phone, including settings to see if my phone was blocking them, I found no calls from them. In spite of this, it is possible that the issue was still with my phone; I accept that. What I don't understand is why I was told numerous times by Jasmine that I chose to stay in my car instead of the lobby. Surely, she knows that germs are transmitted via personal contact through sneezing, etc. Also, Jasmine informed me that she was not paid enough by Med Express. I have no control over her salary. I asked what I should do after Med Express canceled. I was told I could come back in 4 to 5 hours and again it was my choice to stay in the car. I have been to this facility many times and had positive results. I won't return. The front desk of any business is incredibly important when dealing with the public. I realize it is difficult and applaud professionals who deal with the public "professionally." While I appreciate the good the doctors at any facility - there are other doctors elsewhere just as good with more caring staff. Jasmine, - she made sure I knew her name, so I don't feel badly using it - I know you are not paid enough and that I choose to stay in my car and possibly something is wrong with my phone, I'm not returning to Med Express because they didn't train you well enough to handle this situation. If you haven't been trained well, who else at Med Express hasn't been trained well? I have 5 out of 5 stars because of the doctors and other staff who have always been kind. Thank you for allowing my to address my concerns.
