Great Urgent Care facility. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, in addition to the fact that I had no wait time. The care was fast and efficient and I was in and out of the facility within 30 min. While I understand the wait time and care was probably due to the time of day I went and there may be a wait time next time, I would highly recommend this location. I will definitely use them for future health issues.

In April my mother wasn't able to fly back to Colombia due the Virus, for this reason and before running out of medication for Thyroid, I scheduled and appt. Temperature and vitals were taking and a copy of her current medication. A new prescription was dispensed and because wasn't a refill, the nurse told us to call back if needed because she was suspected to fly in last then a month. The airports today still close and my mother is running out of prescription. This morning after my call to MedExpress the manager PAMELA has told me that in order to do a refill in her 10 dollars prescription she needs to pay again $119 appt stating that "THIS IS A BUSINESS AND I NEED TO GET PAID TOO", changing from English to Spanish AND ONCE AGAIN REFUSE TO REFILL MY MOTHER'S PRESCRIPTION.

Sorry for your mother's treatment. Unfortunately MedExpress Urgent Care cares about nothing but $$$$$$. I went in sick, needed a prescription, they were to call it in..... NADA. Of course they closed (I was seen at 3pm, they close at 8) and NOTHING at the pharmacy. I call first thing on a Sunday....and they tell me "you could have just taken Benadryl". Funny, they didn't mind takening my copay and insurance payment THE SECOND I walked in the door, but actually TREATING A PATIENT--heavend forbid!

I used this facility after having a cold/cough for over a week. I have allergies....pollen in he air. I waited 5-10 minutes. I first had my temperature and blood pressure taken. I then saw a doctor who diagnosed a sinus infection and prescribed an antibiotic.
