The staff were very friendly. It made me feel good. The PA was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind, and very helpful. I am suffering a lot, and when I left MedExpress, I felt very hopeful. They were so kind to me that it made me feel optimistic. I think this is the best facility in NEPA.

After 4 hours wait I was called to get triaged. The nurse was rude on the phone and basically called me a liar when I told her I was originally told an 1 1/2 hour wait. She then stated she tells everybody there is a 3 hour wait. How is that express care? Shouldn’t a patient be “triaged” upon arrival and not over 4 hours later? I am a RN and embarrassed by Med express.
