We arrived for an appointment and had to wait an extra 30 minutes. The Dr. saw my wife and told her that she would just have to "ride out the virus" rather than prescribing her any meds. All he did was test for Covid 19 which we knew already that she had it. She is at risk due to her high blood pressure and age. He basically sent her back to see our PCP which did not open until 2 days later. In the mean time, she grew more sickly with the Covid 19. Essentially, we paid $40. for them to confirm Covid 19 and then do nothing. Extremely disappointed in their lack of proper service to the patient. The Dr. did not care to even be there.

Horrible care! Misdiagnosed with sore throat and found out I have throat cancer. They prescribed steroids and when that did nothing they tried to give more. I would rather crawl across the Virginia border to be seen by them, rather than quacks in Martinsburg

My husband went in for insect bites. Nurse practitioner did not seem all too concerned gave a prescription for antibiotics and a useless ointment. We ended up making a salve with active activated charcoal and after the first application he notes a big difference. Redness and swelling started going down. I just tried to pay his bill for $176 and couldn’t as I could not remember his work phone number he gave them or his Social Security number. They can’t verify with his address or the fact I gave them his patient account number. Seriously they don’t even try. The woman was rude. I will call the clinic and see if they can take a payment. Good grief!
