We were actually quite happy to be able to see somebody within the next day. The staff and doctor were pleasant enough, but being in the healthcare industry myself, I realized that out of the three people we interacted with, only one person introduced himself by name. There wasn’t very good eye contact either or a sense of reassurance or compassion, and we felt like one more patient. Still, we were glad to be seen and taken care of relatively quickly and the space was quiet and clean - we would certainly come back again.

I woke up yesterday morning not feeling well and my primary care physician was unable to take me. Fortunately, I was able to go to Atlantic Health Urgent Care in Cedar Knolls. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Wait time was a bit long, but that is to be expected at this time of year. I was home with a diagnosis in about an hour. Thanks for all of your help!
