The staff there is wonderful. Jillian & Starr are amazing! They made me feel so comfortable. They handled a busy waiting room with such ease, & while still giving each patient the time they needed. The attention, care, & great attitudes they displayed were remarkable. I'd like to thank them again for being so kind & caring.

We wanted a COVID test for my 4 year old who had a temperature of 102.2. At first they balked at even seeing him, reluctantly told us to come in, then when we got there mentioned that we would have to wait in the car for 45 minutes (we could have waited at home with 4 year old that ill!), did the test, then tried to do an exam (I didn't need an exam, just the test. My son has a pediatrician.). They also couldn't find my insurance in some database so took a credit card number and would NOT schedule him a test until I gave them that (shouldn't we be encouraging people to take a COVID test when ill, not discouraging them by requiring a CC #?). They also said I'd have results by this morning. I didn't get them, called them to find out, and was basically treated like an idiot for calling at all. Horrible. Go to a different urgent call. They are totally unprofessional, disorganized, and lack empathy. Worst.

Great experience. In a pandemic, at its height, the medical staff was so kind and warm. I was so thankful to have people treat me so nicely. From Karen who took my information to the doctor who treated me, I was treated with compassion. Thank you Med Express Green Tree.
